What happens once I place an order?
Here at Whale-Tales, we have a partnership with Printify. Printify is a print-on-demand company. Once you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. And as soon as the tracking information becomes available, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
What is your return policy?
If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our Support Team within 30 days of product delivery. Contact us. We can offer a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

Please note that because Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply do not like the product.
What do I need to know about shipping fees?
The shipping fee amount will vary based on the print provider’s location and the your delivery address. The shipping fee will populate once you checkout.
Express shipping timeframes are available as well.
Express shipping within the US: 2-3 business days.
International express shipping: 3-5 business days.
When will I receive my pre-order?
You will receive your pre-order as soon as the item becomes available. An e-mail will be sent, notifying you of the item’s status and when you can expect it.
